The New Orleans Saints may have escaped, but Hurricane
Katrina caused some damage to their home.
Part of the roof on the Louisiana Superdome was ripped
away on Monday as thousands of storm refugees huddled
inside. New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin ordered a mandatory
evacuation for the city's more than 500,000 residents
and opened the Superdome as a shelter.
Hurricane Katrina is now a Category 2 storm with 105
mile-per-hour winds.
