BetCRIS Sportsbook Posts Odds on What the
Future Holds for Marcus Vick
With a rap sheet longer than most college
graduate resumes, Marcus Vick can now add
being charged with three counts of brandishing
a firearm to his list. The former Virginia
Tech quarterback, who was kicked off the
team this past Friday for the cumulative
effects of numerous legal problems and his
unsportsmanlike conduct against Louisville
All-American Elvis Dumervil during this
year’s Gator Bowl, is now being charged
with brandishing a gun on three teenagers
in a restaurant parking lot.
Trouble seems to follow Marcus Vick, the
younger brother of Atlanta Falcons quarterback
Michael Vick, no matter where he is. One
must wonder if he can control himself at
the next level in the NFL if a team indeed
takes a chance on him in the upcoming draft.
At one time, Vick would have been a solid
first round pick and possibly even a top
ten draft choice. Now, his future seems
undetermined and riddled with question marks.
Executives at BetCRIS Sportsbook posted
odds on what the future might hold for Marcus
Vick.
WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR
MARCUS VICK?
* Will be banned for 1 year - 2 to 1
* Will be convicted- 2 to 1
* Will go play for Canada, NFL Europe or
Arena League - 1 to 1
* Will decline NFL Draft to get psychiatric
help - 1 to 1
* None of the above -1 to 1.2
“Marcus
Vick has all the talent in the world
and the pedigree to back it up,” said
Mickey Richardson, CEO of BetCRIS.com. “It’s
too bad he doesn’t have his head on
straight or else he could probably make
an immediate impact with some NFL team.”
