PITTSBURGH --
The excitement of the Steelers taking on
the Indianapolis Colts proved too much for
one fan on Sunday.
With about 1 minute remaining in the game,
Colts linebacker Gary Brackett hit Steelers
running back Jerome
Bettis on the Indianapolis goal line
and forced a fumble -- one that caused a
man to go into cardiac arrest at Cupka's
bar, in the South Side of Pittsburgh, Sheldon
Ingram said.
The firemen performed CPR on Terry O'Neill,
49, of Arlington Heights, and then they
called the paramedics, Ingram said. O'Neill
was later revived with a defibrillator and
taken to UMPC Presbyterian Hospital.
Dude...do you really think football is
life or death? Come on...whether or not
Jerome fumbles his last carry in the NFL
is not a reason for you to have to end your
life? I'll bet the doctors are telling you
no smoking, no coffee, no booze, no sex,
and now NO STEELERS FOOTBALL....if I were
you I'd listen to him.
